This position offers an outstanding opportunity to join the global team at APM Terminals and contribute to the success of the organization. The position reports to Crane Foreman.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and/or electrical/electronic repairs of container handling cranes and RTGs are maintained in a cost effective manner, with consideration given to quality work and longevity of equipment.
Carries out electrical/electronic maintenance and repair service for all crane equipment. Disassembles units and inspects equipment.
Provides maintenance and repair services for container handling gantry cranes and RTGs.
Submits routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports, ensuring log book is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensures work conforms to safety rules and regulation.
Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment.
Provides daily activity report, and other written reports on equipment, as needed, with accuracy and completeness.
Reads electrical schematic diagrams, service manuals, analyzes & investigates electrical faults.
Determine cause of failure of electrical/electronic components of crane equipment.
The key impact of these incumbents will be the maintenance of operational efficiencies in the terminal to ensure availability of equipment required for the execution of day to day operational activities.
YOUR PROFILE
B.Eng/B.Sc/HND/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering from recognized institution. Any additional training in both electrical/electronic fields in any heavy industries will be preferred.
Requires at least Two to Four years of experience in crane maintenance section in any ports, mines, steel and manufacturing plants, including specific knowledge of electrical/electronic and related subjects.
Must be able to replace/repair/adjust major electrical/electronic parts such as PLC drive control system, communication drive system, at a high level of difficulty and complexity
Requires an in-depth ability to interpret electrical/electronic diagram, simple engineering drawings, layouts and specifications.
Requires general familiarity with instrumentation and communications systems, and a familiarity with control systems.
Requires general knowledge and background in technical applications of digital and analogue electronics
Requires the ability to follow instructions & plan the work day.
Requires the ability to be responsive to emergency breakdowns and repairs with quality workmanship and service.
Requires the ability to learn fast.
Valid Driver’s License.

BRUNEL ENERGY RECRUITS STOCK CONTROLLER ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the framework of the DW stock management team, the job holder performs and/or controls stock movements of Field operations, drilling and Completion materials within Company’s data system, and keeps clear records and documentation related to this activity, under the supervision of the Stock Management Superintendent.
The main ID system to be used is UNISUP (SAP application for all companies subsidiaries worldwide).
- Process stock issues for materials required by operations team, until physical handover to Logistics for delivery to field.
- Control materials receptions and movements performed by reception and warehouse personnel.
- Track materials returns from field or contractors, and perform relevant input in the data system: integration or reintegration, stock transfers, and issues to contractors when inspection, repair or assembly or tests are needed, in close coordination with Operations teams representatives.
- Perform periodical stock inventory control of materials stored at the warehouse, pipe yard or contractors facilities, issue reports and follow subsequent actions as instructed by his hierarchy.
- Follow materials storage conditions in coordination with Operations representatives and warehouse team, and initiate actions when inspection, repair and/or moving are needed.
- Participate to internal and external audits, and take necessary actions as instructed by his hierarchy, for tracking materials, searching related documentation and processing regularisations.
- Responsible for the promotion of Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carry out HSE specific duties and responsibilities related to the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including knowledge of Drilling, Field operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Procurement activities.
A minimum of 3 years experience with SAP / Materials Management (MM module)
English fluent is mandatory, French is appreciated

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining their plant and equipment in a safety conscious manner to meet the increasing volume and quality demands in a reliable and cost efficient manner. They are also responsible for participating in all World Class Manufacturing improvement initiatives and driving Process Improvement Plans in their department and for their own training and development. They will report to the Packaging Engineer.
JOB TITLE: PACKAGING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, LAGOS/BENIN BREWERY
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To maintain equipment using RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), utilizing condition monitoring techniques to minimize breakdown.
To optimize equipment availability and to minimize losses and risk.
To produce Guinness products at customer service levels, quality conformance and within budget.
To apply technical, process, continuous improvement and individual/team development skills to optimise overall brewery improvement and plant performance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Adhere to Guinness Nigeria PLC safety policy and procedures to achieve Zero Harm for safety, health, environment and hygiene to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment. Utilise and apply safe systems of working and pro-actively seek opportunities to improve work environment.
2. Provide a comprehensive maintenance service on plant and equipment, carrying out planned maintenance schedules, responding to breakdowns, assessing & monitoring plant performance on an ongoing basis and attending to all other process duties in a timely manner.
3. Maintaining the history of the asset by use of SAP Plant Maintenance.
4. Deliver best possible plant operation by maximising plant availability and efficiency of operation through execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.
5. Manage materials spares required by their plant and equipment – includes draw down stock from locally provided “bins” and be accountable for whatever stock is drawn down.

1. Shares information and Best Practice within and between teams
2. Participates openly and constructively in Problem solving processes and team meetings
3. Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to delivering team and Packaging targets
