Rehabilitation Officer to help us build on our success. Because you will work with colleagues across the business, you need to be an independent thinker, with exceptional analytical and communication skills, as you will organize and negotiate measurable solutions to fulfill challenging targets, and support our corporate business objectives
Job Purpose
To minimize roll rate of potential Non Performing Loans through effective and efficient rehabilitation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Implement rehabilitation strategies on all pre-NPL accounts.
Maintain daily call activity logs of RPCs, PTPS & PTPKs.
Strict adherence to work and break schedules.
Customer education.
Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of a 2.1 first degree in social sciences.
Sound knowledge of retail lending analysis techniques, advances, credit criteria, credit policies, risk and financial analysis, credit control and application thereof.
Sound understanding of the Bank’s products suite – Unsecured Lending, Home Loans, Vehicle & Asset Financing, Credit Cards etc.
Sound knowledge of SBG’s credit policies, procedures and processes.
Minimum of a first degree in social sciences.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel.
Minimum of one year experience in a call center. Experience in a collections call center would be an added advantage.
Ability to work with large spreadsheets.
