Job Description
Responsibilities:• Planning, directing and coordinating human resource management and admin activities to maximize the strategic use of human and physical resources and maintain them.
• Develop the HR business plan, maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and contribute to the development of corporate HR policies
• Ensure the provision of professional HR services to Ruff ‘n’ Tumble
• Recruitment and selection activities (ensure corporate branding in recruitment portals and advertisements).
• Payroll and compensation management
• Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels
• Recommend and ensure implementation of Strategic directions for people development within the organization;
• Ensure a motivational climate in Ruff ‘n’ Tumble including adequate opportunities for career growth and development;
• Manage administrative duties for Ruff ‘n’ Tumble.
Qualification:
• First degree in any HR related course
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources and office administration with a bias in performance planning, appraisals and management;
• Experience with administrative and operational aspects of HR & Admin
• Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour law and artisan behavior
• Knowledge of best practices in HR & Admin delivery
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to incorporate business objectives into human resource activities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Good documentation know- how
• Passion for fashion
• Should not be more 40 years old.
