A reputable fashion industry in Lagos seeks for outlet Manager.
Job Description
Responsibilities:• The role is responsible for effectively supervising staff and running the outlet at a profit.
• Organize and supervise all the daily activities of the outlet
• Oversee the inventory of the outlet and accordingly place replenishment orders
• Maintain control policies and procedures within the outlet
• Manage, coach and motivate staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining customer service standards
• Respond to customer complaint and comments promptly
• Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
• Report sales of slow moving inventory to the business operations manager and together with the team (other outlet managers) develop appropriate sales strategy to reduce inventory.
Qualification:
• First degree in Sales or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail industry
• Experience leading teams with honesty and integrity in a fast paced service environment
• Demonstrated clear ability in sales development and managing for profit.
• Leadership skills with good inter personal relationship
• Customer service & Relationship Management skills
• Should be numerate and financially aware as well as literate
• Excellent communication, verbally and written
• Passion for fashion or kids
• Awareness of trends and issues surrounding the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive thinker and an excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to network effectively
• Basic bookkeeping ability
• Behavioural qualities to include motivation, self-confidence, flexibility, decisiveness, good business judgment, commitment and sheer determination
• Should not be more than 35 years old.
